About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Store Director to lead one of our flagship retail locations. This role requires a results-driven leader who can drive sales growth, develop high-performing teams, and execute operational excellence while anticipating the broader business impact of decisions.

The successful candidate will possess strong business acumen and the ability to recognize and respond to first-, second-, and third-order effects of decisions affecting sales, customer experience, inventory, labor, merchandising, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of store operations, sales performance, and customer experience.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and flawless execution.
  • Analyze business trends, market conditions, and operational metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Ensure exceptional execution of merchandising, inventory management, and operational standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage labor productivity and expense controls while maintaining service excellence.
  • Develop and execute plans that align with company goals and long-term growth strategies.
